Approach in Therapy
Letitia's approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment where clients will be heard, and their lived experiences will be honored. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
By using a trauma and neuro-informed lens, Letitia works with clients to provide insight into how past experiences might still be affecting them today. She also incorporates active interventions that resonate with the client, teach effective coping skills, and equip them with the tools to make positive changes in their life.
Services
Letitia offers telehealth individual therapy for adults in Colorado who struggle with ADHD, Autism, and PTSD symptoms. In addition to therapy, she offers nationwide coaching services to any adult in the united States.
Experience
Letitia has received extensive training and is experienced working with numerous communities including neurodivergence, LGBTQ+, veterans, unhoused individuals, BIPOC individuals, Poly and ENM couples, and the kink community. However, she understands clients are the expert in their lived experiences and will honor their voice.
